We're a handyman company, not construction or remodeling. Major electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, structural, or roofing work gets referred to a licensed specialist — we'll always tell you honestly if something's outside what we do.

What $99 covers One visit that handles most small jobs outright — furniture assembly, a single repair, or a first real look at something bigger. If yours is running long, we'll tell you before continuing, not after.
If there's more to do We'll give you a clear quote before continuing, and your $99 is credited toward it if you say go. No pressure either way.

How custom quotes work Sometimes we can price a job from your photos and description alone — no visit needed. Other times we really do need to see it: that's the same $99 visit, and if you accept the on-site quote, your $99 comes off the total (say a $499 job — you'd pay $400 more). If you decide not to go ahead, you've paid for an honest, in-person look and that's it.
